Offerings
Using the Community Supported Agriculture membership model, folks can subscribe for a season of services. Each season includes either four or eight, one hour sessions.
-
A one hour guided creative exploration. Utilizing a variety of art modalities, including painting, clay work, movement, sounding, collage and writing, you will have the opportunity to listen to what your art- your creative wisdom- has to say.
-
This is a time to get close to the earth and to explore your own nature. A one hour guided and co-created session, allowing for learning about growth- the plants and your own. Getting your hands moving in the soil and being up close with plants, pollinators and the living soil can be helpful for getting to know ourselves.
-
A one hour guided session that can incorporate talk, movement, art making, flower gazing and time outdoors to explore what is rising to the surface and what is needed next.
The Process
Open a Door
Creativity and movement can reveal what we didn’t know we didn’t know. In other words, it can reveal knowledge that our thinking minds didn’t have access to. This is our wisdom and it is wealthy!
Collaboration
We really don’t do anything alone. What does it feel like to allow ourselves to not have all the answers and to work alongside others?
Act with Curiosity
When we are curious, possibility and choices can be revealed.
Listen
Being curious may allow us to really listen to the wisdom of our creations; what is calling to us, what is called for next.
About JulieI obtained a Masters degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Expressive Arts from Goddard College in 2017. Since graduating, I have engaged in self study and group work with Expressive Arts Florida which has deepened my personal expressive arts practice. By word of mouth and through collaborating with small businesses, I have facilitated individual and group expressive arts sessions that welcome folks who are new or even reluctant to engage in art, and those who are exploring deeper inquiries.
Here’s a bit on my farming background.
